All SCUFF products are made to order especially for you. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing — please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

We do cover you if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• You receive the wrong item 

In these cases, contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your email] with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Please note:

• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your order has been dispatched.
