2. Products All SCUFF products are made to order. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. Payment must be received in full before production begins. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping Orders are produced within 3–5 business days and shipped to Australian addresses within 4–7 business days thereafter. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Returns & Refunds As all items are made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property All content on scuff.au — including logos, graphics, and product designs — is the property of SCUFF and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability SCUFF is not liable for delays caused by our fulfilment partner or shipping carriers. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of your order.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
